New European privacy legislation (GDPR) is coming into effect on the 25th May.

These rules define companies' responsibilities with regards users' personal data and require greater transparency about how data is handled. At Fussells we care about our customers and their privacy and welcome these changes. We are updating our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions in accordance.

These updates have been made to ensure that we are transparent about how we handle your personal information and to reflect the rights and responsibilities that the GDPR legislation outlines.

Our new privacy policy sets out how and why we collect your data and how we use it.
